Platforms map

The map represents a geographical overview of the pilots and implementation sites of some of the open platforms, which were analyzed by PlatformUptake.eu project. As such it contains information on the technology (apps, wearables, sensors, etc.) which was integrated or tested through the open platforms, the target groups involved in the piloting activities and achieved results. The collected insights will support further development activities in the field and facilitate the uptake of the presented open platforms.

Through a dedicated input form below the map, external stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to its growth with information on other open platforms in the AHA and AAL domains, their implementation and pilot sites.
